Booking & Payment Terms
A 25% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking.
Remaining balance is due 30 days prior to departure.
Deposits are non-refundable under any circumstances.
We strongly recommend comprehensive travel insurance at the time of booking to cover unforeseen changes, cancellations, or emergencies.
Security Deposit
A $2,000 security hold per rider is required for motorcycles. This will be held at the start of the tour and released once bikes are returned in good condition.
Tour Details & Conditions
Motorcycle, fuel, accommodation (tents), national park permits, and river ferry fees are included.
Riding gear can be provided if required (helmet, gloves, boots, jersey, pants).
Unsupported Tour: Riders must carry their own gear and belongings. There is no support vehicle.
Riders are expected to comply with all Australian road and safety laws.
Minimum license requirement: Full motorcycle license OR motorcycle learner’s permit (for guided tours only).
Alrock Adventures reserves the right to alter routes or itinerary due to weather, safety, or operational considerations.
Cancellation Policy
Deposits are strictly non-refundable.
Cancellations more than 30 days before the tour start date: refund of any balance paid (minus deposit).
Cancellations within 30 days: no refund.
If you reschedule, payments made (excluding deposit) may be credited toward a future tour within 12 months.
Photo & Video Consent
By participating in this tour, you grant Alrock Adventures permission to capture and use photos and videos featuring you during the tour for promotional purposes, including social media, website content, and marketing materials. If you do not wish to appear in any media, please advise us in writing prior to the tour.
Acknowledgement of Risk & Indemnity
You acknowledge that motorcycle riding involves inherent risks, including accidents, injuries, or death, and you participate at your own risk.
You agree to release Alrock Adventures, its owners, staff, and affiliates from any liability for personal injury, loss, or damage during the tour.
By paying the deposit, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
