After your deposit is paid, organise your payment plan with Tiane. We can tailor weekly, fortnightly or monthly instalments through WeTravel to suit you and the time available before your final payment deadline.
3. Be fully paid 30 days before
Your full tour price must be paid 30 days before the tour starts. Arrange your instalments to finish by this deadline, rather than on departure day.

Your full balance must be paid no later than 30 days before your tour starts. Tiane will help tailor your instalments around this deadline after your non-refundable deposit is paid.

Here is how the deposit and balance work for the $4,800 Cape York tour package. The same 25% deposit rule applies to every Alrock tour; the dollar amounts depend on your selected package.

The total package price in this example.
25% deposit: $1,200
A non-refundable deposit, paid first to secure your place.
Balance: $3,600
Paid through WeTravel, in full by 30 days before departure.
For illustration, six payments of $600 would cover the $3,600 balance. After your deposit, Tiane can tailor a weekly, fortnightly or monthly plan to suit you. The number and timing of instalments depend on how long remains before the full-payment deadline. Your agreed WeTravel schedule must finish no later than 30 days before departure.

Planning earlier gives you more time before the balance is due. Compare the tour price, travel costs, inclusions and any spending you need along the way. A payment plan spreads the tour cost; it does not change what is included in your package.

Is the deposit 25% for every tour?
Yes. All Alrock tours require a 25% non-refundable deposit. Once this is paid, organise the remaining 75% with Tiane as a tailored WeTravel payment plan. The full amount must be paid no later than 30 days before your tour starts.
Where do I make instalment payments?
Organise your plan directly with Tiane after paying your non-refundable deposit. The instalment payments are then managed through WeTravel. Follow the agreed payment amounts and due dates in your booking.
Can I pay the last instalment on the day?
No. The full amount is due 30 days before departure. Please plan around this date when choosing a tour and arranging payments.
Can I choose weekly, fortnightly or monthly payments?
Yes. Tiane can tailor your payment plan to weekly, fortnightly or monthly instalments to suit you. Contact her after paying the non-refundable deposit. All instalments must be completed no later than 30 days before your tour starts.
Is Afterpay available?
No. Payment plans are organised with Tiane after your non-refundable deposit is paid, with instalments managed through WeTravel.
What if I need help with a payment?
Contact us promptly if you have a payment question or expect difficulty meeting a due date. Keep your tour name, departure date and booking details handy so we can help. The final payment deadline remains 30 days before departure.
