Booking & Payment Terms
- 25% non-refundable deposit required to secure your booking.
- Remaining balance is due 30 days prior to departure.
- Deposits are non-refundable under any circumstances.
- We strongly recommend comprehensive travel insurance to cover unforeseen changes, cancellations or emergencies.
Security Deposit
A $2,000 security pre-authorisation hold per rider is required for all motorcycles.
The hold is processed at the beginning of the tour and released once the motorcycle has been returned in good condition and in accordance with our Terms & Conditions.
Tour Details & Conditions
- Motorcycle, fuel, accommodation (tents), national park permits and river ferry fees are included.
- Riding gear can be provided if required (helmet, gloves, boots, jersey and pants).
- Unsupported Tour: Riders must carry all personal gear and belongings. There is no support vehicle.
- Riders must comply with all Australian road rules and safety laws.
- Minimum licence requirement:
- Full Motorcycle Licence, or
- Motorcycle Learner Licence (guided tours only).
- Alrock Adventures reserves the right to alter routes or itineraries due to weather, safety or operational requirements.
Cancellation Policy
- Deposits are strictly non-refundable.
- More than 30 days before departure: Any payments made beyond the deposit will be refunded.
- Within 30 days of departure: No refund applies.
- If you choose to reschedule, payments made (excluding the deposit) may be credited towards another Alrock Adventures tour within 12 months, subject to availability.
Photo & Video Consent
By participating in this tour, you grant Alrock Adventures permission to capture and use photographs and video footage featuring you for promotional purposes, including our website, social media and marketing material.
If you do not wish to appear in any media, please notify us in writing prior to the tour.
Recovery & Additional Costs
If you are unable to continue the tour due to illness, injury, accident or any other circumstance, Alrock Adventures will provide reasonable assistance where practicable.
Any costs associated with:
- Motorcycle recovery
- Transport
- Accommodation
- Medical treatment
- Evacuation
- Onward travel
- Freight
- Returning the motorcycle to our base
remain the responsibility of the participant unless covered by their own insurance.
Acknowledgement of Risk & Indemnity
Motorcycle riding is an adventure activity that carries inherent risks, including the risk of accident, injury or death.
By participating, you:
- Accept these risks and participate entirely at your own risk.
- Release Alrock Adventures, its owners, employees and affiliates from liability for personal injury, loss or damage arising during the tour, except where required by law.
- Confirm that by paying your deposit you have read, understood and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
