By booking and paying for a QMP Rental Friday with Alrock Adventures, the rider agrees to the following terms and conditions:
Full payment of $350 is required at the time of booking to secure your QMP Rental Friday.
A $2000 security authorisation hold (pre-authorisation) is required on a valid credit card at pick-up.
This is not a charge, but a temporary hold. The hold will be released after the bike is returned undamaged and all conditions of the rental are met.
Bookings are only confirmed once payment and security authorisation have been completed.
The deposit is non-refundable under any circumstances, including change of mind or inability to attend.
You may request to transfer your booking to another available Friday (subject to availability), but this must be requested at least 48 hours prior to your booking date.
If Queensland Moto Park (QMP) is closed due to weather, unsafe conditions, or heavy rain on your booked Friday, Alrock Adventures will reschedule your booking to the next available Friday, subject to availability.
No refunds will be issued in the event of a QMP closure — only rescheduling.
If QMP remains closed for consecutive weeks, Alrock Adventures will continue to offer rescheduled dates until the booking is fulfilled.
Your rental fee of $350 does NOT include QMP day pass fees or any park-related charges.
All riders must pay QMP entry fees directly to Queensland Moto Park upon arrival.
Riders must comply with all QMP rules, regulations, and safety requirements.
Any breach of QMP rules that results in your removal from the park is not the responsibility of Alrock Adventures and will not result in a refund.
The bike must be collected from the agreed pick-up location at the scheduled time.
Late pick-ups do not extend your riding time or rental period.
The bike must be returned at the agreed time. Late returns may incur additional charges.
Riders must have prior dirt bike riding experience OR have completed an Intro to Dirt Bike Tour with Alrock Adventures.
Riders must be physically capable of handling a dirt bike in off-road conditions.
Riders must wear appropriate protective gear, including helmet, gloves, boots, and riding attire.
Alrock Adventures reserves the right to refuse a rental if a rider appears unsafe, intoxicated, or incapable of riding.
The DRZ400 must only be ridden at Queensland Moto Park on the booked Friday.
The bike must not be used for racing, reckless riding, or dangerous stunts.
The rider is responsible for the bike while in their possession.
The rider is responsible for any damage caused to the bike while in their care.
If damage occurs, repair costs will be deducted from the security authorisation hold.
If damage exceeds $2000, the rider agrees to cover all additional repair costs.
Dirt bike riding is a high-risk activity. By booking, the rider acknowledges and accepts these risks.
Alrock Adventures is not responsible for any injuries, accidents, or incidents that occur while riding at QMP.
Riders participate at their own risk.
Alrock Adventures reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a rental due to:
Mechanical issues with the bike
Safety concerns
Extreme weather
Unforeseen circumstances
If Alrock Adventures cancels the booking, you will be offered a rescheduled date.
